Policies


Arrival:
So that I may provide timely service to all of my guests, please arrive to check-in five minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments:
To accommodate your scheduling needs, I strongly recommend that you reserve your next appointment before leaving the salon. This is the best way to ensure the time and date most convenient for your next visit.

Late Arrivals:
I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead gives me the best opportunity to evaluate the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that I will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is much later than anticipated.

Cancellations/No-Shows:
I understand that sometimes your schedule will change unexpectedly. I ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a reservation. This allows me the opportunity to contact guests on my waiting list. No-Shows will be rebooked at my discretion. I would prefer that you postpone an appointment, rather that just not showing up or calling.
